Orders are processed at the Lomi daily from 8:00 AM To 9:00 PM, and delivery is made through the approved delivery companies on the site, which appear to the buyer with the shipping cost before completing his order.

In the case of direct payment by the customer, the start of the order processingis immediate after completing the order, but in the case of bank transfer, it shoud confirmed by the site administrators that the transfer has arrived to the company's account first, then the order processing will started, knowing that we inform the customer via WhatsApp messages or E-mail of the status of the request at each change in the status of the order.

At the end of the payment process, the product is delivered to the shipping company within a period of 24 hours, the shipping period is the responsibility of the shipping company and according to the city and place of delivery, but the approved shipping companies usually deliver from 1-5 working days, knowing that the delivery of the product on time is the responsibility of the shipping company and Lomi does not bear the resulting delay in the event that the shipping company delays the delivery of products.

Lomi undertakes to deliver the products to the shipping company in an optimal manner in terms of ensuring that the product is not damaged, and the customer must inspect the product immediately after receipt, and in case of any damage as a result of shipping, the customer must notify the company immediately to take appropriate measures.

In case that the product arrives and does not conform to what the customer requested from the site, the fees for returning the product to the company's headquarters in Riyadh are fully borne by Lomi, but in case that the customer wishes to return the product or refuses to receive it for any reason, the shipping and return cost is borne by the customer in full.
